PUPPY CLASS
For puppies ages 8 weeks to 18 weeks, we will help you build the compliance and teach the pup responsibility. Additional training skills include, but are not limited to:
Walk on a loose leash, with and without distractions
Allow another person to walk them
Sit & Down on command
AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Testing Available!
Floor exercises with both loose leash and off leash.
OBEDIENCE CLASS
Working together to teach you the skills for real life situations including, but not limited to:
Meet & Greet with another person and another person with a dog
Walk on a loose leash when moving any direction
Sit-Stay & Down-Stay on command
Recall with distractions
AKC CGC (Canine Good Citizen) and CGCA (Canine Good Citizen Advanced) Testing Available!

ADVANCED CLASS
Prerequisite: Successful completion of Obedience Class
This class is a great finishing class to polish all skills learned while learning more advanced handling skills. This class is also a peek into competition training. Even if you don't intend to ever compete with your dog, you will learn valuable skills to help work your dog. The additional skills taught include, but are not limited to:
Down-Stay with distractions
Sit-Stay with owner out of sight
AKC CGCU (Canine Good Citizen Urban) Testing Available!
BRINGING HOME BABY
Let us help you bring home your baby with comfort or help you and your dog adjust to the new baby being home.
This add-on program to either the Puppy or Obedience class, is about your dog learning to respect the baby’s area and belongings. Such things include blankets, toys, carriers, and more.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Training is one on one lessons with a dog trainer to address specific issues or to achieve specific training. Group classes do not offer the advantages of being one on one with a trainer and receiving a personalized approach to you and your dog.
We offer an evaluation with a trainer to determine your needs and goals with your dog. The cost and number of lessons are uniquely based on your evaluation and your goals.
There are no "ballpark" or "usual" costs. Rates are determined solely on the difficulty of the dog, ability of the owner, and how the evaluation goes. Rates are also determined based on the goals you have for your dog. Because every dog is different and some are easier to work with than others, prices vary from case to case.

DAY WITH A TRAINER
This program provides an opportunity to take our new 4 hour (approximately) program, with breaks and a lunch, to train. This is designed for those traveling in from afar, having scheduling conflicts, or are in a crunch. Training will include things such as attention, healing, sits/downs, navigating a crowd, and more!
Not suitable for certain behavior modifications!
BOARDED TRAINING
This is a program that can be tailor-made to fit your exact needs. Our head trainer will take on training your dog or puppy personally! The length of training will depend on what our trainers determine will meet your needs. Along with the training program you will receive 2 private lessons and 1 group lesson to help you understand better how to work with your dog and their new skillset. (Boarded training is off-site from Kai’s Obedience location.)
We accept cash, Venmo, and checks!
Cards (debit or credit) are also accepted
with a 3% pass through fee.
